COME SEE US TOMORROW AT

BLACK MARKET FLEA

–––––––––

Saturday, December 17 | 11am–7pm

The Beehive | 1000 E 60th St, Los Angeles, CA 90001

We’re returning to our favorite vendor market this Saturday, Black Market Flea! A limited number of presale tickets are available, but you can always just walk up and buy tickets at the door as well. We’ll let this quote from LAist do the talking:

“Depending on what time you arrive at the Flea any given month, you might see folks getting hyphy in the middle of a circle. DJs are spinning hip-hop and 90s R&B, and delicious smells are wafting past the vendor stalls. Whether your senses are turned on by oxtails… or macaroni & cheese and greens in a gyro… or a vegan burger, you are going to get hungry. There’s also a roller skating rink.”

BLACK-OWNED GIFT GUIDE

–––––––––

We wanted to spread the love and share some of our favorite Black-owned small businesses to consider for your holiday shopping this year.

   Alain Gakwaya

We introduced Alain last year as     part of our ISM Family series.         Inspired by every day life, Alain’s   paintings tell vibrantstories of his   home, Rwanda, and his life now in   San Antonio, with an expressionist   style that we love. Check out his shop for originals, prints,   commissions, stickers, pillows,   and limited-edition crewnecks +       tote bags!
